Strawberry Beefsteak Tartare

This week, Elite Steak & Seafood prepared a delicious, yet healthy, vegetarian tartare using the freshest ingredients from their Go Produce bag.


2 Radishes, chopped
1 Pink Beefsteak Tomato, sliced
1 cup Mini Cucumbers, chopped
1 cup Strawberries, chopped
1 cup Grape Tomatoes, chopped
2 Mint leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Honey

Sprinkle 2 slices of pink beefsteak tomato and the chopped radishes with salt and freshly ground pepper.  Grill them until soft.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl with the grilled radishes.  Add salt and pepper to taste. 

Plate one slice of grilled pink beefsteak tomato and top with half of the chopped vegetables.  If you consider yourself a pro and have a ring handy, you can use that.

Do the same with the remaining slice and garnish both with additional mint leaves.
